Complaint

Good Morning,

I bought a sumsang phone for my mum at PEP Cell in Mall at Lebo on the 30 of August 2021, currently the phone is not working and not charging and I went to the store to return it back, I was told I cant return it since I have lost the receipt

What I am suppose to do with this phone now, a month hasn't past but is not working, I know I don't have the receipt but I have proof that I bought it at pep , I can provide with my bank statement
