Complaint

Apparently at this store( Pep @ whittlesea-Ec), there are certain times when other services are not offered,and customers would need to beg to get serviced. This afternoon, my aunt and I went to this store and we got there just before they close, did our shopping and my aunt decided to lay-bay some items, that's when she had to beg for her life,because the lady that was serving her was telling her that it's late for her to be opening lay-byes coz they are almost closed, asking her where she'd been the whole day, to only come and do lay-bye at that time. We were not happy at all, felt like the store was doing us a favor to even let us use it.
