Complaint

I'm not happy with the service I get from PEP lakeside mall, i bought something that whlas charged twice, the lady said I must wait 7 days and it will be reversed if not I must come back with my slip I will get a refund, today it's been 10 days I go back to the shop as I followed instructions now they are telling me that I must go to the bank if the bank can't help I must come back to them....they made me wait half an hour just to tell me that...the manager has been out for half an hour nobody knew where he was.....they are unprofessional and give out incorrect information...very unprofessional I'm never shopping there again.
