Complain Pep cell 4839 Vosloorus

I m not happy with Pep cell 4839 Vosloorus repair services. i bought a phone a Samsung A2 phone on 28/07/2020 and two months down the line it malfunctions. The phone is booked for repairs under repair id ***. two weeks after the phone is handed in for repairs I received an SMS that the phone has been fixed. two weeks after that I received another message that the phone has been delivered. its now close two weeks again since i received a message that the phone has been delivered and i have not received the phone. This phone is used for business purposes and its sitting on repairs for a over a month while its still new. Im 100% sure there are no detection of negligence on the phone.
