Complain

Good day I visited Pep store at Gandlanani plaza(vahlavi)on the 14/06/2025 at around 10h50.I wanted to buy a Car charger for my cellphone, On entering the store I found a gentleman the only guy at the store at cellular accessories department. I greeted him and asked him the item I was looking for.He show me the item and told me that he will remove it for me.I waited 5 minutes and then I asked him if he can give it to as time was on my site.he said that he is busy packing some accessories on the stand, I asked if he can get it to me he will continue parking while i go and pay. He told me to go to the till the cashier will come back and fetch it for me as I'm not patient.i then removed it from the stand to go and pay at the till. He started shouting at me saying I don't respect him because I didn't follow instructions. After paying I called him aside telling him he should not have been shouting Infront of other customers.he continue shouting. I then left the store.
