Complain

Friday 30/07/2021 I bought a memory card from pep STANDERTON junction inserted to my phone then it didn't show then I went back Saturday morning to tell them that the memory card is not working instead is showi that I should tap to format the memory,I went back to the store then they formated the memory card after that my phone didn't work at all I couldn't check status take pictures receiving voice not,I went back Saturday around 2 they said the cashier that help me went home I must come back Monday,I went back found the cashier gave me a very bed attitude I even told him I'm not here to fight I need help because my phone is no longer working he couldn't help I went back to the store Monday I found a lady with a humble soul Priscilla she apologizing to the matter but asking me to come back the following day Wich is today to speak to the manager,I found the disrespectful manager called mathapelo telling me they never sold a memory card with a virus,I found the memory card seald she told me where to get off and the is nothing she can help me with then again that humble soul I met on Monday came to explain because she saw that we were fighting.she insisted that the is nothing she can do to help me,I did call the heard office they promised to come back to me still waiting for them to call till now
