Complain

Send breakable goods with PEP Paxi, after the staff of Kleinmond PEP confirmed that it is fine to courier. After it came back broken and we went back to complain, they denied that they EVER said that they courier breakable goods!!! This is unacceptable!! I want a refund on the courier costs and goods we send! If they said it from the start, I would saved myself the trouble and used another company!!
