Complain

I am in Westonaria Pep clothing store to do pexie,the security guy was so rude as was entering,the guy by the name called Themba was so rude,He asked how many days delivery and I said 1day he responded rudely to say there is no 1day and told him that he needs to explain to me how many days to deliver so I can choose,He then after exchanged words with me even after calling his manager Florance he exchanged words in front of the manager He clearly doesnt know what customer service is and this not the first time this happens
