Complain

12/03/2023 PEP 7234 Pietermaritzburg what a sickening attitude in that store. This is the 3rd time I go to that store and get that horrible attitude. If you guys don't want to service PAXI customers why don't you put a locker where customers will service themselves or just say you dont do PAXI. 1st time going there I needed the information about using PAXI and I ended up not getting help. 2nd time they could not help bcoz I have only store location not number. This time i paid for packaging that is damaged and they refused to change it and they can courier it either, so basically they ****med me my R60. The manager Phumulani "Que" was so arrogant you will swear he owns that shop. I wish they can loot it again until it closes its door.
