Complain

I went to pep cell in Beach Acres Mall today purchase a cable to charge a phone the lady by name of Norah assist me with a horrible service, I've experienced bad bad service ever in my life she took the box of a charger n charge me R40 she gave me slip I waited for her to test the cable she didn't she asked another customer to come through then I stand aside open the box found that the cable it's not 1 suitable for my phone , I ask her to exchange she refuse n use bad words to me I ask for her manager she told she is a manager n there's nothing I can do about it, such services it's unacceptable especially in a big store like pep I felt disappointed
