Complain

On the 29 August 2024 I bought T200 MiFi Router Mobicel at PEP 6763 Kempton Park Shop was R499. I only used it once it never work again when I switched it on it's only work 10min and it'll switch off automatically I don't know what was problem. I returned it back at the shop after a month, the lady by the name of Maggy she said they'll call me I never received their call.

I've sent my brother to check it and was never returned I didn't hear anything from them until now. Can I get replacement or refund asap it's been 4 months now I really need it as I'm writing my online exam and I need Wi-Fi.
