Complain

Had a laybuy at Pep Stores Kagiso Mall had the worst experience ever,to an extent where I felt I'd never shop at any Pep Stores ever again. I lost my Laybuy slip but had my I'd i needed to refund some of the items since j no longer need them. I didn't have the whole amount but needed two (2)items in the laybuy I had to call the customer service with my own airtime since the Manager and the staff had no clue what to do. I appreciate Marian from customer services help,but as for the Manager Nokuthula shes rude and lacks customer experience so is her staff. We need help regarding such things...
