I trust that you are well. my mom is experiencing a problem with PEP stores at Cofimvaba in the Eastern cape, please check if how can you help. She was trying to get cash back from PEP, in the process loadsheding kicked in and destructed the process, the bank reported that the money went through, it was deducted, but they refused to give her the cash. They requested the bank statement and she submitted it and they saw that the transaction was successfully. But now they are not cooperating and they make their problem her problem, it is becoming suspicious now, we not even sure if PEP did not rob her money
