Closing time

On sunday I called pep stores in randburg & was told the closing time is 14:00. Left my house at 13:16 got to the shop at 13:33 & the door was closed. A lady came to the door & told me they are closed. The sign next to the door said their working hours for sunday are up to 14:00. & when I asked the lady about it, she told me they close their doors at 13:30 & they leave the store at 14:00. From 13;30 they are serving the customers that are inside the shop. so my question to pep store is why bother writing your working hours that are not for the customers but for your staff. since your staff leave at 14:00 not close their doors at 14:00. It is such nan inconvinience, you see something else on the door & only be told it does not apply to you they close their doors 30minutes b4 the time thats written.
