Cleaning in the store while the customer still shopping!

I went to PEP-HOME Jabulani Mall the afternoon before their closing trading time. I went inside 2 ladies were cleaning they approached the door where customers exit. The lady by the name of Xolile kept on wetting the floor without notice board. There was no notice board that the floor is wet customers kept on asking can we pass and Xolile didn't look so pleasant when we ask her. I just stood there and wanted to go inside the store and 2 ladies decided to sweep and wet the floor. I end up losing interest in going inside the C-Store. What is surprising is the time was 17:30 before closing time. I was disappointed that cleaning is first priority. Is good to keep the store clea however Xolile didnt check the rush time of customers within the store.
