charging more than the advertised price

<p>I sent my mom to get herself a dstv from pep store in mount frere since I saw that its cheaper and much convenient for my mom to get it there.from my knowledge and their adverti*****t that clearly says get a dstv for R599.95 installation included in tht price for my surprise my mom was told that they will send a guy to install it for her but she must pay extra R400 which she agreed to pay because she didn't know as she is a old woman just wanted to get a dstv.i need some clarity from pep stores or multi choice if their product is now R1000 or does pep just take advantage of the elderly and get way with it..im really disappointed in them your service was poor </p>
