Change trading times

I arrived at Pep Tzaneen found Lebo in the door refusing us to go at the time it was 12:20 and closing time is 13:00.When asking why got shocked, Lebo said Headoffice refuse to pay Overtime and she got instructions from Hannie their Manager, I request to speak to her but also refused we were about only 4 clients waiting outside. This is totally unacceptable rather change your working hours Pep let's not us saver as clients because you guys do not want to pay overtime. Even your staff and Hannie their manager they are unprofessional as well.
