Change not given by cashier

i went to Pep in Pretoria CBD to buy shoes , I paid 50 rands cash and a 10 cents change was suppose to be given to me.Gloria Ndaba gave me a slip without my change and also not explaining to me that she doesn't have 10 cents in her till, I asked her about my 10 cents ,she didn't say anything and looked aside,i then waited and the other cashier gave the 10 cents which she found on the floor.Im a bit disgusted about such behaviour as this is not the 1st time I experience this from PEP as it has occurred to me several times in PEP that's in Mahube valley,therefore this leads me to conclude that all cashiers from PEP don't give out 10 cents change , I don't have a problem with not being given a 10 cents but I think its best if the cashier can explain that they don't have those coins instead of keeping quiet thinking that you will not mind since the change is very little.PEP really needs to train its employees to be friendly and not be rude .I really suggest for all cashiers in pep to explain to customers whenever they don't have the required coins ,I don't think customers will mind a 10 cents change, I would not have a problem if Gloria had mentioned to me that she didn't have 10
