Celphone not repair

I bought a celphone at PEP at the Shoprite Centre in Rustenburg afte two months a problem ocure. Because it was under qurantee I brouhht it back on 20 October 2017, they told me they will send it to vodacom for repairs and iI have to wait eights weeks for it. After eigth weeks I went back where I have been told it is not ready yet, they told a lot of stories, I even leave my number on a piece of paper for them to call me back, no reply until date, At 29 December 2017 I also send a message to their Head office, and the result is none sofar. I am strugled without my own transport because I am a pensioner. I should have exspect better service from them.
