Cellphone that cannot be return

I bought a cellphone that does not support the ****ion that i need which is whats up,only to find out that the till slip i was asked to sign had T&C on it and on of the condition state the unit is of my choice and has the feature and functionality that i need.I also had the opportunity to examine the unit ,none of this opportunity we presented to me.<br> <br> I feel that i was ****** my right as a customer ,it was sign first and read later.How many customer out there are experiencing this treatment.<br> I dont want this cellphone i want a cellphone that has a whats up ****ion which am willing to pay extra money to get that cellphone.<br> Their cutomer services department is as useless as their store manager ,all they say is the is nothing we can do ,where is treating customer fairly in this store.
