Cellphone repair gone bad

<p>I Bought a cellphone from Pep Cell in Highveld mall in february 2017, in May 2017 the cellpone strted giving me problems not wanting to read any memory card that i insert, when it does read it, it still displays that there is no memory card when i want to download photos. on the 3rd May 2017 i took the cellphone back to Pep cell Highveld mall, they took it in and booked it for repairs. After more than a mont of silnce, on the 13 June 2017 i went to Pep cell to find out on the progress of the repairs, i was then told that the repair people said they are bringing the phone back as the screen is cracked.</p> <p> </p> <p>This was a shock to me as both myself and the Pep cell employees confirmed that when i brought the phone in it had no cracks, i mean they dont even accept phones that are cracked, now i have to wait even longer for them to investigate as to why the screen is suddenly cracked.</p>
