Cellphone repair and bad service

Hi my name is nomsa I had a bad customer service at pep last Monday where I bought the phone on the 7th march and it was not working I returned it on the 23 march they said I will get it after 4to6 weeks on the 9th I went to check they said they will do the follow up they will call me tomorrow till today I'm still waiting no phone call no cell phone no money I'm no longer interested in the that phone I want my money back bacause I was betrayed and failed Thanks for listening hellopeter Nomsa at Springs
