Cellphone refund

I bought a cell phone for my daughter a few minutes after they processed the payment I received a call from my husband informing me that he had bought the cellphone when i asked them to reverse the payment they refused ..I'm really upset ...we havent used it yet obviously because we already have one so i was wondering if we can get some assistance on how to go about this matter
