Cellphone broken while on warranty

<p>on the 23th June i bought the Vodacom kicka ve at Pep stores Hillbrow which has a warranty for any repairs etc and on the 1st July the phone has cracked inside without falling - on the 3rd July i took it back, I am so disappointed by the service that i received was so cold and unpofessional. I cannot believe PEP stores are such a ******* selling customers cheap and unrealible phones. I am really disappointed at your service cant believe you are such a rip-off - and your horrible staff who are not helpful.</p> <p> </p>
