Cellphone bought at pep cell at dawn park

On the 10th of December 2025 i have bought a phone as a gift for my son after he passed his grade In final exams at pep cell at dawn park shopping center. The phone was not working according to our expectations the phone was freezing during operation then I went back to the store before seven days policy. They told me they don't see anything is wrong with the phone.I have tried to reason with them that I have paid cash to buy the phone I can't have the phone that is not working properly. The pep store stuff started to be arrogant. I was told to take phone with me because they cannot help me.I told them that I can't take the phone that is not working properly. I left it in the store they told that I will come back and find it were left it.I have called customer care then one of the cosaltant told to take the phone,She told me that it is going to take 12hour for my complaint to be attended to I'm still waiting. Then i was like How can i take something that is not workig.This ruins my son's experience and I'm not happy also about this experience They even iignored me during conversation.
