Cell phone send in for repairs

I bought a cell phone from PEP Cell at the Promenade Centre in Nelspruit- Mpumalanga July 2015, I experience problems with the device and took it to PCell for repairs, but had to return it on Feb 2016 as it seemed like the problem it was initially taken in for was never fixed.
