cell phone not working

i bougght a cell phone on the 6th of feb and it was over heating when i charged it , i took it back on the 10th for a new , this one the mobi cell it rings for about 15 seconds without showing anything , and its really irritating , i called the customer care and they where useless, the lady just told me that the area manager will get back to me without even asking for my number , i had to ask her to take my numbers , and second of all festival mall its far , as i went there cause i was doing my shopping my closest mall its chrishani or east rand mall or kempton park or halahatsi mall , i want money back from pep am tired of doing up and down
