The father of my baby bought her child a phone (mobicel venus) at pep stores Johannesburg on the 15.08.2018 and immediately he courtier it to pep stores Lindley and i received it on Monday the 19.08.2019 at pep store, I then went home and charged the phone, the next day i started using the phone trying to download games for my child the phone was freezing while i was busy with it, the next day i was paling the game and i noticed it was still doing the same thing freezing while i was busy with it, and i tried making a call it doesn't connect and i had to reboot it before i can be able to make calls.

On Thursday morning i took the phone to the Pep stores here in Lindley when i got to the shop there was no electricity and the generator was placed outside but not switched on. when i got to the shop i found three staff members in the shop but only two assisted me (Dolly and Joyce) I told them the problem with the phone and they couldn't assist me saying that I'm giving them stress and i can see there's no electricity and i come with another stress. i told them it’s my right to come to the shop and get the assistance i deserved. I needed an exchange and when i check on the receipt and read the terms and conditions it says the phone can be exchanged within 7 days if it has problems, that what i was trying to tell them so they couldn't listen to me and told me my problem is that i know how to read, and anyway they can’t assist because the manager is not there to authorize for exchange. Mind you the 7th day the last day for me to exchange the phone. That i only used for 2 days and the suggest to book the phone for repairs, So how can they book the phone for repairs if we only used the phone for 2 days. which means we going to deal with the problem on the phone for like forever. and they even suggested i go to Petrussteyn Pep store for assistance because they don't have a manager to authorize.

I drove to Petrussteyn during my lunch hour only to find out they cannot assist me too..

so my question to you is if I'm experiencing problems with anything i Bought from pep i should return it to the very pep store i bought at..
