I bought a phone last year Sep 2023, it stopped working within 2 months and I took it back, after 7-8 weeks I went to pick it up, and they replaced the phone. The now replaced phone is giving a problem again, within its own 3 months as well. I asked if I could take different brand of the phone in their store, they refused saying, I can only qualify to get a different one after returning it 4 times
