Cell phone

My name is John, on the 11/06/2019 I purchased a cell phone, for the amount of R1500.00. When I get home I realised the phone does not meet my expectations and then I returned the call phone to the Pep Cell store on the 14/06/2019 to exchange it, Tumi (Store Manager) who was assisting me said they won’t able to assist me due to that, there is no defaults with the phone now I am stuck with the products that doesn’t satisfied my needs. I don't want any refund, just want to exchange it, FINISH AND KLAAR.
