Cell phone

My name is Senovia Speelman. On Saturday 12 August 2017 I visited pep stores Atlantis to purchase a cellphone, while I was in the store I decided on another cellphone that the cashier recommend I purchased that will meet all the features that I need. She called the supervisor who refused that I may exchange my purchase. I feel very disappointed, I went back on Monday with no success. I am a very unhappy customer that feel that if the staff of pep stores Atlantis was trained up to assist me before the purchase was made I would not be in this position of having no use for my purchase. I am the customer but I have not the right to change my mind.
