Cell phone

I am very frustrated with PEP Cell at Midrand Boulders. I bought a phone yesterday for my daughter to play games, when I got home I downloaded the games for her to play when is 8s playing the games the phone freezes and the screen turn black. She is not enjoying the new phone a bought, when I went to the shop they didn't give me attention and they ddnt want to exchange the phone. When I call the manager she said whatever the lady that was assisting me said it's true without even checking my phone. Thier service is very poor and they have attitude towards thier customers.
