CCTV footage after losing my purse in ur store

I went to Pep store on Phokeng Mall Rustenburg yesterday to buy few things. When I was busy shopping I remember dropping my purse and the items I had in my hands I then picked them up and can’t remember what happend to my purse... as I went out of the shop to check whatever that I was looking for from the next shop I check my bag my purse is no where to be found I immediately went back to the store to check if anyone saw my purse especially the 2 ladies working at PEP as I saw them packing items in the same ile I was on, they said they didn’t see my purse :( ok fine I ask them if there is a camera for them to check for me if someone maybe picked it and I was told they don’t have cameras in the store. I went to the police station to make an affidavit for my lost items as my purse had money over 4K , bank cards and identification cards . I would like to know if it’s true that the shop doesn’t have cameras installed ? I suspect the ladies working there took my purse’ when I asked to speak to the manager I was told the manager is not around and the other lady that I suspect said she is the assistant manager! Please help and advise if there is a way for me to get the footage
