Catherine at pep home longbeach mall is inspiring!!!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank and give credit to a very polite and helpful young lady by the name of Catherine. She works at pep stores home at the longbeach mall branch. I haven't met her personally, all I did was called into the store. Let me tell you what happened. I am desperately searching for black/silver Scatter cushion covers for my lounge. I went online and saw that the only branch that has stock was at nyanga junction. I wanted to ask if they could send it from their store to longbeach mall as it is my nearest branch. I called longbeach mall and first spoke to another young lady(I don't remember her name as she wasn't helpful at all). She told me that they don't provide that service, and then afterwards told me they can do it but only if my order is over a certain amount. Then she handed the phone over to this amazing person named Catherine. She asked me what the barcode of the item is, and told me that she will call the nyanga store and find out if they have if. All the while, she kept me updated about the progress. The store manager at nyanga wasn't very helpful said she is not sure if they have. But catherine called me back and told me that she will now phone around to other branches to see if she can find any, and she Wil keep me updated. I believe her because her reputation speaks for itself. I am truly impressed by this young lady. This is the best customer service I have ever received and I think pep stores is very lucky to have her. I wish more people can take so much pride in their work.
