Cashpep send money

I’ve got three vouchers numbers sent from three different people for pep cashsend, I go to an absa atm and I get error 72 when I go to pep it’s offline. I really need that money, can I have a solution fast. I’ve been to 5 different peps and atms so if you can’t help me can I get my money back ASAP
