Cashiers still money at Pep Store.

I sent money for my uncle R1500X2 yesterday morning from Pep Newtown JHB. My uncle was going to with drawing that money at Pep Uitvaal KZN. He saw told that he cant get the money, something wrong with the system. I went to the Standard ATM to check if the vouchers were still valid. To my surprise the voucher have been used. I called my uncle to go back to Pep Uitvaal, they said they are offline we must call the number on the slip. That number on the slip no one answered.
