Cashier SIHLE I'll treating customers.

I went to pepcell to collect money transfer at 14:30. I got to the till greeted a cashier called SIHLE. Manager/supervisor (Palesa)was next to her taking money from her till. I then asked for my R400 money transfer. I was told to stand on the side with an ATTITUDE from the cashier. Manager/supervisor palesa left I waited 15 people were trying to pay for dstv but was told we are offline with an irregular attitude still. This really broke my heart. I then called palesa told her I saw you talking almost 700 from the cashier and I was not helped. She then opened the till drawer gave me the money. The cashier insisted there's no money. I was thrown with my I'd card slip and my 400. I feel like pepcell in mamelodi near boxer is disrespectful to every individual who buys there. I am really shocked and disappointed. Imagine the same human being treating another human with attitude and disrespect manner. Pepcell doesn't take customers seriously.
