Cashier gave wrong change and blamed me

Today I got assisted by Beauty at Pep at the Atrium in Durban. She was really inattentive she got my airtime order wrong firstly and then after that was sorted she did not give me my change as she entered the wrong tendered amount . She didn't pay attention at all to the money I gave her and she then went on to accuse me of having the money on me , really Poor customer service by the staff in general as I was made out to be a ******** yet I was a customer. There aren't even cameras in store to provide evidence
