Cashier gave me an attitude

I went to pep umhlanga gateway today to get some kitchen items.When I went to pay at the till,I was assisted by Nozipho.She asked me if I have the rewards card,I told her I don’t have it and she asked if I would like one,I said yes.When I asked her what to do to sign up for it she started giving me attitude,she asked for my ID number and when I called it out for her she had this weird smirk on her face and kept asking me to repeat the number even though I was very loud and clear.She gave me attitude even my friend who was there with me asked if I know the lady and I said no cause she was shocked by the amount of attitude she was giving me.
