CASHIER EXTREMELY BAD BEHAVIOUR

I went to Pep Stores in belllville (in the mall) and had to return 2 shirts i bought in cape gate. When it was our turn a cashier helped us by the name of FLORIDA. Firstly she never even greeted. We explained to her that we want to return the shirts and then she basically push our slip into our faces and said we must write our details on there. we did and gave it back to her. then she gave the money and i explained to her that we need to slip back because there is more items on that we bought for christmas and we just scared that it wont fit. She said very very rudly that we cant get the slip and i explained to her i cant let she keep it.She insisted that she cant give it back and then i said but she cant. Her fellow team member were standing next to her smiling and said she must just sighned it and write it somewhere. She almost threw the slip into our faces. i then asked her if i can pay for my daughters sweets at her till she did not even look at me once and just said yes, i paid and she gave the change almost letting the money fall out of my hands. not once did she look at us. she was so furious,face were red and gave our slip and change and we walked. as we walked away she mumbled to her friend something about working on her own till next time.

We said to Florida-thank you for your service and you must enjoy your evening further. i know it was a long day but it gives her no right to treat customers like that. she will make that Pep stores loose alot of clients with her stinky attitude. PEP STORES BELLVILLE -YOUR CASHIER FLORIDA'S ATTITUDE IS UNNECTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
