Cash send money withdrawn by a ghost at Absa Atm

As i am about to wake up nd make my way to Absa. I want pep to prepare my money to be send to me or back to the sender, yesterday my sis in law send me money via pep in bela bela.. i went o a Absa Atm in rooihusikraal to withdraw but they money didnt come out inseatd i got a slip that reads " this transaction was not successful the money will be reverssd immideatly" as shocked as i was on that ATM i tried again this time to get an Erro 55. I took thoa slips to my nearest pep nd asked them wat could b the problem? A friendly lady asked how much i was withdrawing nd than said the Atm might b short of notea nd thay i should go withdrwa at checkers or shoprite. When i got there i was told the money was withdrawn. Shocking i tell u. I was rushing to work by that time whe i got there i told my sis who was lucky near to pep. She went in and was given some. ********** 765 to call nd request a new pin unfortunaltey she landed in the arms of a rude consultant jst told her she cnt reset her pin as it shows that the money was withdrawn nd it will take a week to investigate lucky that call was conferenced i ask her she is trying to say nd if it will really take a week for me to get the money. Rudely she said i didnt say a week. I asked for her manager. A guy by the name of Dean came to the phone nd politely told me that they have been having this problem for a while now yes investigations need to take place b4 i can get my money and he added that he is not sure of the turn around time but it is a leanghtly processes. NOW MY QUESTION IS IF PEP AND ABSA KNOW OF THIS PROBLEM WHY ARE THEY STILL ALLOWING CUSTOMERS TO UTILISE THIS MONEY SEND FACILITY? IV READ THE REVIEWS ND THE HUSTLE PPL GO THUR TO GET THIER MONEY ND I PROMISE PEP AND ABSA THAT I WILL NOT BE PART OF THIS NONSENSICAL PROCESS I WANT MY MONEY TODAY
