Cash send dissapeared

My cash send withdrawal was unsuccessful and my money was not reversed. your unprofessional consultants insists that the withdrawal went through hence I have the slip as a proof that the transaction was unsuccessful. I was sent from pillar to post, none of your consultants seems to know how to solve this issue,I never expected such a poor *********** service from such a well known retailer.
