Cash Deposit ****** at Pep Stores Soshanguve Thorn Tree

I made a cash deposit to the amount of R510,00 on 04 April 2019 for my kids who lives with my Mom in KZN. Whenn my Mom went to withdraw it she could not find it. I went back to the store and reported that and I was advised it was there, the network was slow hence she could not get it. This was on Friday now,05 April 2019. I went to the store on 06 April 2019, only this time I was told the money was withdrawn. What makes me angry is that Pep employees were not even bothered to assist me trace who must have withdrawn my money as I believe if my ID is required when I make a deposit, so as when I withdraw, the store should be able to see and have the details of the person withdrew the money, than them telling me I must open the case. I want my money back and the person who stole my money be taken to task and held accountable for what she or he did to me.
