Cash customer vs Paxi

On the 19th went to PEP in Village Square Randfontein. While we were on the que waiting to be assisted by the two cashiers on the till, someone come to collect a paxi parcel. She went straight, stand in the empty till and to the cashier she is here to collect her parcel. After the cashier assisted the customer that she was busy with, she then proceeded to assist with paxi. Ao! I then asked the other cashier on my turn, why do paxi customers not wait like any other person. The response was that, we are buying and they are not.??? I intend to differ as customer service doesn't differentiate between cash and collection. Everyone should wait for their turn to be assisted, buying customers are not dumb as we were treated as such. Last week I went to another PEP in Randfontein to collect my paxi and I waited in the que like everyone else. I'm doing back to collect another parcel but only after I receive a response on the difference between cash customers and collecting customers. It's better if PEP can have a specific person who deals with paxi, that can be called out to assist but not a busy cashier who abandoned the que to attend paxi.
