Cash back issues

Good day

I'm writing this message to find out what are the rules for doing cash back as I was sent back at pep home potchefstroom Riverwalk on the 4th of August 2023

The reason that was given to me was: in order for me to do a cash back I should at least spend R50 in the store.

The gentleman who was assisting me was very rude, he started by asking if I can't see that the floor is wet as he was CLEANING and I was walking on it, I apologized then I proceeded by asking if I can be helped with cash back service, tht when he told me the R50 story. I was sent back before reaching the tills

I had to go back again to get his name as he didn't have a name tag and when I asked him for his name he gave me 2 different name

His colleague said his name is Dion

They said their store number is 5605 Riverwalk
