Can't unsubscribe

I get regular marketing emails from PEP. I want to unsubscribe. That function does not work - it has never worked in months. I have sent email to PEP with promises to look into the matter. No luck. I still get the emails. I you try to unsubscribe you get this message: 500 - Internal server error.
