Can’t exchange a cellphone

Disgusting service at Pep Southgate from the manager Adelia. Apparently you cannot exchange a cell phone. The cell phone was bought yesterday and she states you can exchange it.

No where in the store is such information displayed nor was it verbally communicated to my father when he bought the phone

When my father went to return the phone and was told he can’t exchange, the manager said that my father is welcome to lodge a complaint and take the matter further because no one has ever won a case against Pep!!!!

She was blantly rude and has no respect for her elder let alone customer. As a manager she should be well equipped with customer service s****s. It is an absolute shame that this is the type of people a big corporation employs.
