CAN'T BUY A ROUTER WITHOUT AN ID???

Ridiculous store policies, I recently went out of my way to purchase the Huawei E5576 4G MIFI router at one of your stores and got turned away because I needed an ID to RICA a sim I do not want. Why sell a router with a compulsory SIM card, is it a strategy to get more people on certain networks?

I needed this router to replace one that I had and use a sim card I ALREADY had. Please advertise your products properly as here it does not mention that it comes with a sim: https://www.pepstores.com/product/cell/huawei-e5576-4g-mifi-sku-ddg98. It only mentions on your home page as a sliding image that you can barely see unless you stay on the home page for a few good seconds.

My point however is having to be turned away from your shops (without the product that I needed so desperately) because you've chosen to sell it along with a SIM card that not everyone will want or need. This may be the process for purchasing cell phones but I surely was surprised that this now applies to routers.

Anyways I will no longer be needing this device from PEP as it is available from other outlets without having to RICA a sim that will be useless to me as a customer (regardless of the fact that it comes with free data blah blah blah).

Allow customers to have the option of purchasing routers without a useless sim please.
