Cannot access money

On the 8th a friendly used money market services to send money to me, he sent reference and pin direct to me. On the 9th when i requested for the money at Standard bank it said money already collected.. Yesterday again i asked the sender to enquire he was told there is no electricity and no network to check on system. again today he went to enquire he was told that system cannot process or check if money was used or not.

We want to find out what happened to the money to no success i wonder if must it take a week to receive my money i dont trust the company with my money and will never ever use their financial services. if the Atm confirms money was already collected i need proof of who collected it as it wqs only 2 parties who had the credentials to access it...i need answers
