can i get clarity on pep refund

<p>I bought size 2 Toughees school shoes on the 22nd August at Pep Matoks. Unfortumately the size was small. On 23 August i returned the shoes and i couldnt find size 3. So i asked the tller when will i get size 3, she said she does not know. Then i said ok refumd me so i can go and buy somewher else. She said they domt do refind. I asked for the manager but he never came. I stood there for almpst 30 minutes bit he never came. I asked the teller to find out from other pep stores around she said their land line is not working so o can call them my self. She gave me contacts of other pep store that is 53 kilometers away from home. Where am i supposed to get money for transport. It is not my fault that there is no size 3. I believe consumer rights says i hv rights to refund. Please help</p>
